3. Do you heat or process your honey?
No, we do not heat or over-process our honey. It is kept in its raw and natural form to preserve essential enzymes, nutrients, and antioxidants.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days across the USA. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. We’re working on expanding international delivery soon!
7. Can I exchange my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with a valid unboxing video.

within 24 hours with your order number, photos, and unboxing video. We’ll arrange an exchange if eligible.
