Exchange Policy

We currently offer an exchange policy within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Customers must provide a valid unboxing video as proof at the time of the exchange request.
• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used honey jars
• Products without an unboxing video proof
• Items not returned in their original condition or packaging

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We currently do not offer free return labels.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer monetary refunds. Customers may exchange their product for another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at onlinemuhammadabdullah@gmail.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at onlinemuhammadabdullah@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the product. We will review your request and provide an exchange if eligible.
